  对于已婚女性,可以选择冷冻胚胎,则需要其丈夫取精。卵巢组织冷冻是要通过腹腔镜技术将卵巢组织取出冻存。冻存就是是利用冷冻保护剂通过一定的冷冻程序将细胞或者组织冷存在-196摄氏度的液氮中。
